If you wish to do practical part, you will be providing your own model
Please note that mentoring does not include manual, kit, lunch
Certificate can be provided if you are doing at least 3 hour mentoring session
Price: 100$/hour
Lash Vie Policy
Lash Vie wants to make sure that you and other guests are provided with high quality service and time at our studio.
Which is why we have rules and policies
By agreeing to Lash Vie cancellation/booking policy, you authorise Lash Vie to charge your credit card on file in case of cancellation/no show
Lash Vie offers appointment confirmation and reminder to all our clients through text/email
Please make sure you put correct data on file, so we can reach you
Training cancellation results in non refundable deposit
30 day notice required to move training day with no charges
Otherwise there will be a charge of 400$ for each training day to be moved
400$ deposit is required to book any training
Deposit goes towards your training balance
Lash Vie respectfully request no children under the age of 14 while you are at the studio
It is against health and safety obligations to have children unsupervised while you are receiving service
If you will arrive with your child to your appointment, Lash Vie will reschedule your appointment and refuse service with cancellation fee
We guarantee our work
If you have any concerns with your lash extensions let us know within 2 days and Lash Vie will fix it free of charge
Any concerns past that time period is a subject of charge
Lash Vie offers appointment only basis
We are setting time especially for you? when you book appointment
Please be on time for your appointment
If you arrive 15min late to your appointment, it will be cancelled with 50% full price charge
Lash Vie is not offering fills that had strip lashes put on them
Why?
Here is ingredients that every lash strip glue has: water, (aqua, eau), rebber latex, cellulose gum, sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate, ammonium hydroxide, fragrance (perfume), coumarin, geraniol, limonene, linalool, formaldehyde
Lash Vie is not offering appointment switches between clients
If you can’t make it to your appointment you can reschedule or cancel
If cancelation notice is less then 24 hours-certain policy applies
Credit card on file is required by all clients of lash vie to book your appointment
Less then 24 hour cancellation notice results in 50$ charge
No show to your scheduled appointment results in 50% full price charge
24 hour notice required to cancel your appointment with no charge
Every time you put strip lash on, I promise you that you are not cleaning all of the glue off due to its consistency
Which leaves ingredients on your lashes and makes fill impossible due to wrong sealing process of the glue that every lash tech uses
The only way to clean it, is to use lash glue remover. Lash Vie will be happy to offer removal and full set when it's clear that you had lash strip glue residue on your lashes
Remaining amount is paid on the first training day
In a situation where you fulfilled full payment on your 1st day of training and you have changed your mind and decided not to continue after your 1st or 2nd day, in this case the payment is non-refundable
Payment is refundable in the case where educator has cancelled or rescheduled training for any reason.The full payment is 100% refundable
Lash Vie is not handling business communication through Saturday and Sunday
All messages, emails etc. are being answered Monday through Friday from 9 am to 6 pm
